When these terms apply

They apply whenever you use the One Cloud Campus website or enrol a learner with either of our brands. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the lessons.

What we provide

One Cloud Campus provides online Quran and Islamic studies lessons and school-subject tutoring. The specifics for your learner, meaning the timetable, the course and the fee, are agreed with you before lessons begin.

Booking and attending lessons

Lesson times are set by agreement with you. We expect the learner to attend at those times, and to give reasonable notice when a lesson has to move.

• The trial lesson is free and commits you to nothing
• A regular timetable is confirmed in writing before it starts
• A missed lesson is handled under the make-up rules agreed when you enrolled

Fees

We tell you the fee before you enrol. It is paid in advance for the agreed period unless we have agreed something else in writing. If an account stays unpaid, we may pause lessons after giving notice.

Ending lessons

You or we may end the arrangement by giving reasonable notice. Any money due back is dealt with under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Behaviour

Learners, parents, teachers and staff are expected to treat one another with respect. We may pause or end lessons where behaviour is abusive or the Acceptable Use Policy is broken.

Who owns what

The content of this website and the teaching materials made by One Cloud Campus belong to us unless a written agreement says otherwise. Work a learner produces belongs to the learner.

Limits on our liability

We teach with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the lessons affected.

If these terms change

We may revise these terms as our services change. If a change matters to lessons you are already taking, we will tell you.
