Al Huda Online Quran Academy

AlhudaQuranEducation.com

Learn to read, recite or memorise the Quran with a teacher of your own. Every lesson at AlhudaQuranEducation.com is live and one-to-one. We check the learner's level in a free trial, match a teacher, and put the plan in writing. Al Huda Quran Education is part of One Cloud Campus.

How lessons work

One learner, one teacher, one plan

A lesson is a live video call between the learner and their teacher. Nothing is pre-recorded, and nobody else is in the class.

  • The same teacher every week
  • Male and female teachers, as you prefer
  • Lesson times set in your timezone

Courses

What you can study

Start wherever the learner is today. The trial lesson tells us which of these fits.

Noorani Qaida

For anyone who cannot read Arabic yet. Letters, sounds and joining, checked one sound at a time.

Quran reading (Nazra)

From slow, careful reading to a fluent page. The teacher listens to every line.

Tajweed

The rules of recitation, learnt by reciting. The teacher corrects as you go and does not lecture.

Hifz

New verses each day, yesterday's verses again, older portions on a cycle. Your teacher tracks all three.

Tafseer and Islamic studies

What the verses mean, along with belief, prayer and the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him), pitched at the learner's age.

Quranic Arabic

Vocabulary and grammar taken from the Quran itself, so recitation begins to carry meaning.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

My child has never seen an Arabic letter. Where do they start?

With the Noorani Qaida. It teaches each letter, its sound and how letters join. The trial lesson shows whether the child starts on page one or can skip ahead.

How long until a beginner can read the Quran?

It depends on age, lessons per week and practice at home. As a guide, we plan the Noorani Qaida as a 12 to 16 week course. After the trial we give you an honest estimate for your learner, and we do not promise dates.

Can a woman or a girl learn with a female teacher?

Yes. Female teachers teach sisters and children. Ask when you book the trial.

What do we need at home?

A steady internet connection, a laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone, and ideally a headset. We send the joining link before the lesson.

I am an adult and a complete beginner. Is that a problem?

No. Lessons are one-to-one, so nobody else hears you sound out letters. The material and the pace are chosen for adults.

What do lessons cost?

The fee depends on lesson length, lessons per week and timezone. You receive the exact figure in writing after the trial lesson, before you pay anything.
