Refund & Cancellation Policy

The trial lesson

The trial lesson is free. If you decide not to continue, you owe nothing and there is nothing to cancel.

Stopping lessons

You can stop at any time by writing to us. Lessons then end at the close of the period you have paid for, unless we agree something different with you.

• Please give notice by email, so both sides have a record
• Lessons left in the current period can be moved to other times where possible
• Once we confirm the cancellation, we take no further payment

When we refund

We will consider a refund where:

• You paid for lessons that we did not deliver
• A payment was taken twice or for the wrong amount
• The lessons were not what we agreed, you told us, and we did not put it right

What we do not normally refund

As a rule we do not refund:

• Lessons that have already taken place
• Lessons missed without notice, where the make-up rules do not apply
• A registration or assessment fee, if we told you about it beforehand

Lessons you miss

If you give reasonable notice, we move the lesson and do not refund it. Where lessons are missed repeatedly with no notice, we may count them as taken.

Switching plan part-way through

You may change to a different weekly plan at any point. The new plan starts with the next paid period, and any difference you have already paid is credited to that period.

Asking for a refund

Email info@onecloudcampus.com with your name, the lessons concerned and your reason. We aim to look at requests promptly, and we tell you the outcome in writing.

How the money comes back

An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used. How soon it shows up depends on your bank or payment provider.
