Before you book
Who is behind One Cloud Campus?
One Cloud Campus is an education group founded and led by Asad Siraj. It runs AlhudaQuranEducation.com for Quran and Islamic studies, and OCC Tutors for school subjects.
Is the first lesson really free?
Yes, in both brands. It is a level check and a first meeting with a teacher. We do not ask for card details to book it.
We are not sure of the learner's level. Does that matter?
No. Finding the level is the job of the trial lesson. Afterwards we recommend a starting point in writing.
Lessons and teachers
How does a lesson happen?
It is a live video call between the learner and their teacher, at a time set in your timezone. Quran lessons are one-to-one. Tutoring can also run as a small group if you ask.
How do you choose the teacher?
By the learner's level, age and timezone, plus any preference you give us. The same teacher then teaches every week, so lessons build on each other.
Can a sister or a child have a female teacher?
Yes. Ask when you book and we match a female teacher.
What if the teacher is not the right fit?
Tell us what is not working and we match someone else. It is better to change early than to let a learner lose heart.
Which school courses do you tutor?
GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level, along with core school subjects at other levels. For any other curriculum, send us the syllabus and we will tell you honestly whether we have a tutor for it.
Progress, fees and changes
How will I know it is working?
You receive a written plan with targets at the start, and written feedback each term saying what improved and what comes next.
What will it cost?
The fee depends on lesson length, lessons per week and timezone. We give you the exact figure in writing after the trial lesson, before you pay anything.
What if we miss a lesson?
With reasonable notice the lesson is moved, in the same week where possible. The Refund and Cancellation Policy covers the detail.

Email info@onecloudcampus.com and describe what happened. Complaints are passed to the leadership team, not left with frontline support.
