Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the quickest way to reach you?
WhatsApp, using the green button in the corner of every page. For anything longer, email info@onecloudcampus.com.
What should I put in my message?
The learner's age, what they want to study, their current level if you know it, and your timezone. With those four facts we can suggest a teacher instead of replying with questions.
I want to teach for you. Where do I write?
Send your CV to hr@onecloudcampus.com. The Careers page explains what to include.
When will I hear back?
We aim to answer during working hours. A message sent late at night or at the weekend is normally picked up on the next working day.
In a hurry?
Message us on WhatsApp with the button in the corner of the page, or send a short email.
