What we will and will not do, in plain words. One Cloud Campus teaches children and adults inside their own homes. Trust of that kind needs rules. These are ours.
Honest selling
The fee is given in writing before you pay. We do not promise grades, finishing dates or any result we cannot control. If a course will not suit a learner, we say so.
Your personal details
We ask only for what we need to arrange and teach lessons. We do not sell it. Staff see only what their job requires. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
Checking lesson quality
Lessons are measured against written standards for preparation, correction and feedback. When one falls short, the teacher is told and the point is followed up.
What we expect of teachers
Every teacher agrees to rules on conduct, punctuality and how to speak with families. Each also knows who to tell if something in a lesson worries them.
Keeping children safe online
Teachers give a demo lesson before they join. A parent may sit in on a child's lesson. A parent with a concern writes to us, and it goes to the leadership team, not back to the teacher concerned.
Who stands behind the brands
AlhudaQuranEducation.com and OCC Tutors both belong to One Cloud Campus and are run by it. Whichever brand you use, the group answers for the lesson.
Software serves the teacher
Scheduling tools save time on admin. They do not decide what a learner studies. A named teacher sets every plan.

We aim to meet the consumer, data-protection and employment rules that apply where we work, and to keep our business records in order.

How do you know a teacher is good enough?
Each teacher gives a demo lesson before joining. After that, lessons are checked against written standards, and a repeated problem affects which learners a teacher is given.
