Why we have these rules

One Cloud Campus lessons bring teachers into family homes, and many learners are children. These rules exist so that learners, parents, teachers and staff can all work safely and with respect.

What we ask of everyone

Anyone taking part in our lessons or using our website should:

• Be courteous to teachers, learners, parents and staff
• Arrive for lessons on time, or let the other side know beforehand
• Keep lesson talk to the subject and suitable for the learner's age
• Keep login details private

What is not allowed

We do not permit:

• Abuse, threats or discrimination of any kind
• Recording a lesson, or passing a recording on, without written permission
• Letting someone outside the enrolment use your access
• Trying to disrupt, test or break into our systems
• Sending spam or unlawful material through our services

Recording lessons

We may record a lesson to check teaching quality, but only where the arrangement you agreed at enrolment allows it. Learners and parents are told when recording applies. We do not publish recordings.

Telling us about a problem

If you see or experience behaviour that breaks these rules, write to info@onecloudcampus.com. We take reports seriously, and the leadership team deals with them.

What happens if the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may give a warning, suspend access or end the lessons. Where the matter is serious enough, we may report it to the relevant authorities.
